1. Eligibility for Returns: Please contact us immediately via email if you ever need to initiate a return or exchange.  Failure to do so could potentially cause your claim to be unapproved.  We accept returns and exchanges on Oopsy Poopsy merch within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (test-fit is okay) and not soiled, stained, torn, ripped, marked up, or missing parts.  Basically, it should be in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
•    Worn or used merch.
•    Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
•    Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, size, etc. shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

4. Refunds or Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and typically within ten business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: Because we inspect our merch before shipping, this should be a very rare occurrence.  however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email and provide details and pictures. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
